Information on this website
The content describes our services in general terms. It is not an offer or a quotation. Photos and 3D visuals show past work or designs; drawings marked as illustrative are placeholders and do not represent a specific project.
Consultations and quotations
A consultation request does not create an obligation for either side. Fees and the work schedule are set only after a site survey and once the RAB (Rencana Anggaran Biaya, the itemised cost estimate) has been agreed. The scope, price, schedule, and payment stages of any project are recorded in a separate written agreement, which prevails over anything on this website.
Drawings and designs
Unless the written agreement says otherwise, design drawings, 3D visuals, and other documents we prepare remain our intellectual property and are licensed to the client for the agreed project only.
Use of the website
- Do not copy or reuse content or photos from this site for commercial purposes without permission.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the site or access it in ways other than through its normal interface.

Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps, Instagram, and Facebook lead to services run by other companies under their own terms.
