Information you give us
The consultation form does not send anything to our servers. When you press “Send via WhatsApp”, your browser opens WhatsApp with a prepared message containing the details you typed: name, WhatsApp number, service, building type, location, approximate area, drawing status, planned start, and any notes. The message is only sent if you press send in WhatsApp.
If you message us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive the content of your message and your contact details. We use them to reply, to prepare a consultation, a site survey, or a quotation, and to carry out any work you agree to.
Information collected automatically
- Server logs: our hosting provider (Vercel) processes technical data such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
- Visit statistics: only if you allow the analytics category, Vercel Web Analytics records anonymous page views. It does not use cookies.
- Embedded map: only if you allow the marketing and embeds category, the Google map on the Contact page loads, and Google may collect data under its own privacy policy.

Legal basis and retention
We process information to answer your request and to prepare or perform an agreement with you, and, for optional analytics and embeds, on the basis of your consent. Messages and project records are kept for as long as needed for the project and any legal or tax obligations, then deleted.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. It is shared only with services needed to run this website and to communicate with you (hosting, WhatsApp, email), and with authorities where the law requires it.
Your rights
Under Indonesian personal data protection law (Law No. 27 of 2022) you may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent. Write to dewaariputra09@gmail.com. Consent for analytics and embeds can be changed at any time with the Cookie Settings button on every page.
